1 onion chopped
1 can Veg – all
1 can of tomato bisque
1 – 4 oz can mushrooms

Ham Bake
1 pkg. Kraft Mac. & Cheese Dinner
1 cup chopped, cooked ham
1 cup light cream
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt & dash of pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Prepare Kraft Dinner as directed. Add ham, green pepper, and seasonings;
Place in a 10 x 6 inch baking dish.
Cover with combined cream and eggs;
Bake at 350; 40 minutes.

Grand Stand Hot Dog Casserole
375° F. oven
Sauté til tender
2 onions, sliced thin in 2 Tbsps. butter
Then add:
1 qt. undrained sauerkraut
1 can apple beer
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
Place in casserole sprayed with Pam. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Place 1 lb. hot dogs over top and bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered.

1/2 lb. pkg. broad noodles (cooked)
2 lb. or more of sausage (ground)

Crab Meat Casserole
1 – 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat, drained and flaked
1 – cup uncooked shell macaroni
2 hard cooked egg, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp chives
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup milk
Place in casserole, then in refrigerator overnight 8 hrs. then bake 350° for 1 hr.

Pam sprayed casserole
Cook until tender 1 box (7 or 8 oz) Mac.
In skillet saute until tender:
1/2 c green pepper chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 T. butter or margarine
Add the following:
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/2 c. pieces mushrooms
1 1/2 c. cubed meat (leftover)
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, cut up, shredded or any way
1 can tomato soup
Add macaroni
Place in casserole
Top with 3 slices bacon.

1 can celery soup in bowl and add
1 cup milk add
1/4 tsp. sage add
1 cup quick cooking rice and
1 tsp salt
Combine the above & pour over pork chops or steaks.
