Sweet Onion Dressing
(Makes 3 3/4 cups)
Great over greens or used as a marinade for meat, seafood, or vegetables.
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated onion
2 cups salad oil
Place all ingredients except salad oil in mixer. Gradually add oil, beating after each addition. Serve over tossed greens.
