Sour Cream-Blue Cheese Dressing
(Makes 1 1/4 cups)

Here’s a zippy sour cream dressing to delight blue cheese lovers.

1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients and blend thoroughly. Chill. Serve over tossed greens.
