One Response to Oven Fried Chicken ‘N Biscuits Recipe

This recipe is just like the oven baked chicken my mother used to make sometimes. The only difference was she didn’t bake the biscuits in the same pan as the chicken.Since I only have to cook for myself, I’ll have to buy a small half a chicken at the store, and a small can of biscuits.
I love reading old cookbooks and cookbooklets. Some of the ones I have date back to the 1920s and 30s.
Great website.
