Mixed Vegetable Salad
1 can (1 lb) mixed vegetables, drained
2 sliced hard cooked eggs
Dressing:
Liquid sweetener to equal 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar, wine
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
Dash garlic powder
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. salad herbs
Chill for several hours.
