MEAT LOAF
makes 8 servings

MEAT LOAF:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup Quick Buckeye Rolled Oats, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk

SAUCE:

1/3 cup catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Heat oven to moderate (350°F.). For meat loaf, combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into loaf pan. Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour over meat loaf. Bake in preheated oven (350°F.) about 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
