Grand Stand Hot Dog Casserole
375° F. oven
Sauté til tender
2 onions, sliced thin in 2 Tbsps. butter
Then add:
1 qt. undrained sauerkraut
1 can apple beer
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
Place in casserole sprayed with Pam. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Place 1 lb. hot dogs over top and bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered.
