Corn Vegetable Medley
PREP TIME: 10 MIN.
COOK TIME: 25 MIN.
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s NEW Golden Corn Soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup cauliflowerets
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
If desired, substitute 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower for fresh vegetables. Reduce cooking time to 15 min.
