I am looking for a recipe I used many years ago way back in 1950 the recipe was call Butterscotch Squares. I’m not sure but I think it was a Betty Crocker cook book probably A 1930 or 1920 book. This is what I remember about the recipe Butter melted over low fire White Sugar added and nicely browned until golden there was no brown sugar in it. could you help me find this recipe book or just the recipe.
