Bacon-And-Egg Pie

You’ll need:

  • 9 slices bacon
  • 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups light cream
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup diced Swiss cheese

What to do:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  1. Have an adult help you cook the bacon until crisp and then crumble into small pieces.
  2. Spread bacon over pie shell.
  3. Beat eggs and mix with cream, salt and cheese. Pour over bacon.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
