Bacon-And-Egg Pie
You’ll need:
- 9 slices bacon
- 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups light cream
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup diced Swiss cheese
What to do:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Have an adult help you cook the bacon until crisp and then crumble into small pieces.
- Spread bacon over pie shell.
- Beat eggs and mix with cream, salt and cheese. Pour over bacon.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
