Vegetable Salad
- Chopped lettuce over bottom 1/2-1″-in 9x 12 pan.
- Chopped celery – 2 stalks.
- Grate 2 carrots.
- Sprinkle uncooked frozen peas – 1 pkg.
- Chopped onion.
- Frost with 1 pint Miracle Whip.
- Sprinkle with thin layer of sugar.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle on 4-5 chopped hard boiled eggs, 5-6 strips crisp bacon that have been crumbled.
- Store in 9×12 tupperware or covered pan.
Keeps for 4 days.
