ST. JOSEPH RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Turkey Noodle Scallop
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cups medium white sauce
3 cups cooked noodles
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup green peas
Add onion to sauce. Place layers of noodles, peas, turkey, cheese and sauce in greased baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Brown in a moderately hot oven about 20 minutes.
