This recipe was written on a sheet of paper and found in a large collection, date unknown. I’ve typed it below along with a scanned copy.
Sweet Potato Pie
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
3 T. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. nutmeg
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. bourbon
325° for 45 min.
