Spinach Salad
1 (10 oz) pkg spinach (torn into pieces)
1/2 c. croutons
Sm. bowl:
1/2 c. salad oil } Allow to stand 2 hr. and remove garlic
1 clove garlic }
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
Toss Salad
Then add:
Garnish with 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon
