Spiced Cranberry Relish Recipe Clipping

SPICED CRANBERRY RELISH

1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup golden seedless raisins
1 No. 300 can Food Club Whole Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup toasted slivered blanched almonds

Combine vinegar, spices and raisins in saucepan; bring to boiling and simmer a few minutes. Stir in cranberry sauce; simmer a few minutes longer. Cool slightly; add almonds. Serve warm as a meat or curry accompaniment. Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
