Six-Layer Dinner
3 c. peeled sliced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 can (17 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 onion, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. peeled, sliced carrots
1 jar (15 1/2 oz) old world style spaghetti sauce
In a greased 3-qt. casserole or 13″x9″x2″ pan, layer the potato slices, corn, onion slices, beef and carrot slices, seasoning each layer with a dash of salt. Pour spaghetti sauce over all. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 3/4 hrs.
