SHARP DIPS FOR CHIPS
2 small green peppers
1 cup stuffed olives
1 pound sharp cheese
2 eggs, hard cooked
2 tablespoons grated onion
Few drops garlic juice (optional)
Few grains salt
Dash of black pepper (freshly ground)
Wash green peppers. Remove stem end, pith and seeds. Put peppers, olives, cheese, hard cooked eggs into the grinder. Add grated onion, garlic juice and seasonings. Mix well. Let stand in a cool place for a few hours to ripen and mellow the flavor.
