Roquefort Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
3 tbs. milk
2 tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2/3 cup crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese
Combine ingredients

I don’t measure, but use mayo & buttermilk in mine. Yummy, & extra buttermilk for pancakes & biscuits.
Try looking for Italian Gorgonzola Cheese Dressing recipe. You might have some luck. French is Roquefort and Italian is Gorgonzola – Same Cheese. It is hard to get either. When I was young we could get Roquefort all the time. I haven’t seen it in the stores for years. You can get “American Gorgonzola” or Amish Blue cheese but it does not compare. You need the REAL stuff. Be prepared to pay.
