Rice And Corn Beef Casserole
350° for 50 min.
3/4 c. uncooked rice regular & cook according to directions.
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. ” green pepper
1/4 c. ” celery
1 can (12 oz) corned beef (cuts up better if refrigerated)
1 ” cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Combine and place in pam sprayed casserole.
Top with grated cheese (1/2 cup)
