Party Cheese Ball
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1/4 pound Blue cheese
1/2 pound extra sharp cheddar cheese, (grated)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 clove garlic, grated
1 cup chopped pecans (we use walnuts)
Combine cheeses in mixer bowl and beat until well blended. Add Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, seasoned salt, onion, garlic and 1/2 cup of the chopped nuts. Shape in a ball and roll in remaining nuts. Chill thoroughly.
