SALMON CASSEROLE
A Tasty, One-Dish Meal!
(Serves 4)
FLAKE: 1 lb. can Deming’s Salmon
FRY: 3 onions, chopped, in 2 tablespoons butter
ARRANGE: Fried onions, Potatoes, sliced thin, and Salmon, in layers, in buttered casserole
SEASON: With salt and pepper
SPREAD: Chopped parsley; Buttered bread crumbs over top
BAKE: 30 minutes, or until brown, in moderate (350°F.) oven

Cheese ‘N Sausage Italian Crescents
8 brown ‘n serve sausage links, thawed
8 strips Mozzarella cheese
8-ounce can Pillsbury Refrigerated Quick Italian Flavor Crescent Dinner Rolls
Preheat oven to 375°. Cut a lengthwise slit to within 1/2-inch of ends of each sausage; insert cheese strips in each. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place sausage on wide end of each triangle; roll up (see this recipe for illustration). Place on ungreased cookie sheet, cheese-side-up. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 8 sandwiches.

8 strips Kraft Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
8-ounce can Pillsbury Refrigerated Quick Crescent or Italian Crescent Dinner Rolls

8 egg – hard boiled — chopped
3 pkgs chopped cheddar
1 small jar miracle whip
4 green onions – chopped
paprika
Blend
Line bowl of suran wrap — chill overnight
Unmold to serve

Baked Beans
325°
2# beans – soak overnight
4 t salt
Cover with water 2 times their depth
Cook 2 hours
Drain – Save liquid
Add:
1 large onion – cut
1/2 c catsup
1/2 c molasses
2 T. b. sugar
2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. cinnamon
3 c of liquid
diced salt pork
Cook 3 – 4 hours – 325°

Skillet Macaroni & Beef
Ingred: 1 1/2 lbs ground beef; 1/2 lb uncooked elbow macaroni (2 cups); 1/2 c minced onion; 1/2 c chopped green pepper; 2 – 8 oz cans tomato sauce; 3 1/2 cups water; 1 teasp salt; 1/4 teasp pepper; 1 to 1 1/2 tablesp Worcestershire sauce.
P.S. Even half this recipe makes a good sized batch.
Method: Brown beef in large skillet. Remove from skillet & cook macaroni, onion and green pepper in meat fat until macaroni is yellow. Return meat to skillet along with tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked to suit your taste.
Makes 6 servings.

3 cups Northern Beans
9 cups water
1 med. onion chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 additional cup water
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tbls molasses
1 tbls salt
Cook beans until softened about 30 min or soak overnight. Drain & put in crock pot. Add remaining ing. Mix well. Cover & cook 10-12 hrs on low for 4-6 hr on high. Stir occasionally.
