Lite Sausage Primavera
1/2 of a (1-pound) package Creamette Spaghetti, uncooked
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound Hillshire Farm Lite Smoked Sausage or Polska Kielbasa, sliced
1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, cut into wedges
1 small zucchini, cut into julienne strips
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chicken-flavor instant boullion
1 teaspoon basil leaves
1 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne pepper
Prepare Creamette Spaghetti according to package directions; drain. In medium skillet, heat oil. Add Hillshire Farm Sausage and remaining ingredients, except spaghetti. Stir-fry until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender. Add spaghetti; toss to coat. Heat through. Arrange on warm serving platter. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. 4 servings.
