Easy-To-Fix Potatoes
Measure Minute Sliced Potatoes, using 1/2 cup per serving. Add to twice as much water. Season with salt. Then cover and bring to a boil. Boil 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Then use for Home Fries, Hash Browned Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes, or in any of your favorite potato recipes. Home Fries. Cook 2 cups Minute Sliced Potatoes as directed above. Add the cooked potatoes to 1/4 cup melted butter in a skillet. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper. Fry over medium heat, turning to brown on all sides–takes 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
