This recipe was written on a slip of paper and found in a large collection, date unknown. I’ve typed it below along with a scanned copy (there’s a quick recipe at the bottom of the paper that I’ve included, I believe it’s for the graham cracker crust).
Crazy Blueberry Pie
1 – 9″ graham cracker pie shell
Mix 1/4 c. cold water & 1 env. unflavored gelatin in saucepan
1 – 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
Mix well & add gelatin mixture.
Add
1 c. sour cream or a little less
Add
2 1/2 c. blueberry pie filling
Turn into 9″ or 10″ pie shell.
Chill 2 to 3 hr.
Garnish with 1 1/4 c. blueberries, all over pie.
1 1/2 c. g.c.
1/2 c. marg.
1/4 c. sugar
Bake 350° for 8 min.
