Handwritten Recipe For Buttermilk Corn Bread

Buttermilk Corn Bread

Sift together–

2 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp b. soda
1 Tbsp. sugar

Add to dry ingredients (Quickly)

1 beaten egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Mix quickly.

Pour into 8″ sq. pan.
Bake 450° for 10-15 minutes.

*Serve with Deviled King Crab
