Bran-Nut Bread
1 c pure bran
2 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking pdw
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 c vegetable oil
3/4 c corn syrup
1 egg
1 c milk
1 c walnuts, chopped
Mix dry & liquid ingredients separately. Pour liquid into dry ingredients & mix. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 375 for 50 minutes.
