Baked Potato Salad
350°F oven for 30 min
8-12 servings
Mix together in bowl.
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 cups dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. minced onion
5 med. potatoe (cooked & cubed)
5 hard cooked eggs (diced)
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Reserve 1/2 c cheese for top)
1 tsp. salt & 1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix ingredients together.
Place in casserole dish topped with 1/2 c. cheese.
