This recipe for blueberry preserves is one you may like to make.
Apple-Blueberry Conserve.
4 cups diced apples
4 cups blueberries
6 cups sugar
1/2 cup raisins
4 tablespoons lemon juice
Simmer apples with blueberries 20 minutes. Add sugar, raisins and lemon juice. Boil rapidly until thick. Pour into hot jars and seal at once.
