Creamy Pineapple Frosting
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 c. (8 1/2 oz. drained, crushed pineapple)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
Cream butter and shortening. Gradually add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients.
