Pumpkin Pie (Trick or Treat)
oven 450°
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin (1 1/2 cups)
2/3 cup lightly-packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Stir in:
2 well-beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup evaporated milk
Blend until smoothly combined.
Pour into the unbaked pie shell.
