Rhubarb Conserve – Vintage Recipe Clipping

Rhubarb Conserve

Cut fine without peeling enough rhubarb for 6 cups.

Add 6 cups sugar, 2 medium sized oranges, putting the rinds through the grinder.

Add 1 1-2 cups seedless raisins.

Cook until thickness of jam.

Remove from fire and add 1 cup chopped English Walnuts.

Put into glasses and seal.
