Sunburst Salad
Topping:
1/2 pineapple juice
1/2 c apricot juice
1/2 c sugar}
3 Tbsp. flour} Mix together then add juice & beaten egg
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp butter
Cook until thick & when cool add 1 cup cream whipped – Top with grated cheese.
