Special Pea Casserole
350° for 30 minutes
Casserole dish sprayed with Pam
In saucepan cook 2 pkg. frozen peas till tender.
In skillet:
1/2 c. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Cook until tender and then add:
1 sm. pimento, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
peas
Top with 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs or crackers.
Bake 350°F for 30 minutes.
