Pineapple Casserole
Serves 7-8
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 #2 can crushed pineapple & juice
5 slices bread
1/4 lb. butter
Crumb bread, no crusts. Mix with melted butter. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 40 minutes 350°.
