This is a promo recipe card from Dream Whip and was found in a large collection, date unknown. I’ve typed it below along with a scanned copy.
Peach-Glazed Cheesecake
Dissolve 1 package (3 oz.) JELL-O Brand Peach Flavor Gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; add 3/4 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Drain 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) sliced peaches. Prepare crust for 2 packages JELL-O Brand Cheesecake as directed, pressing crumb mixture on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Prepare filling mixes with 3 cups milk as directed, beating 3 minutes. Fold in 2 cups prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping; spoon into pan. Arrange peach slices on filling and top at once with thickened gelatin; chill 1 hour. Garnish.
