This recipe was clipped from a newspaper and found in a large collection, date unknown. Recipe is typed below along with a scanned copy (recipe was across two columns so I snipped them together).
Macaroni-Cheese Bake
Eight-oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
One tbsp. oil
Two tbsps. minced onion
One-half tsp. salt
One-fourth tsp. garlic powder
One cup cottage cheese
One cup sour cream
Eight-oz. can tomato sauce
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Cook onion in oil until tender. Combine all ingredients; toss lightly. Spoon into two-quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven 30 minutes.
