Pastry:
3/4 c. butter or marg. or half of each
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
Mix well and pat in a 9×13 pan.
Bake 20 min. at 350°F.
Filling:
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1/3 c. lemon juice – fresh is best
Mix and pour over hot crust. Bake 20 min. at 350 °F.
When done & right out of oven – sprinkle with powdered sugar. When cool, cut into squares.
