Cake Frosting
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white shortening
2/3 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and shortening. Gradually add sugar. Heat milk to hot but not scalded & add 2 tbsp at a time. Add vanilla. Beat on high speed until you can’t taste the sugar.
