Creamy Frosting
Cream 2 tbs butter & 1/8 tspoon salt. Add alternately to creamed mixture 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, 1 egg white & 4 to 5 tbs cream. Blend well after each addition. Add vanilla & food coloring if desired.
