Crazy Chocolate Cake
3 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 teasp. salt
2 teasp. soda
2 c. water
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar (last)
Mix well. Put in pan. Bake about 35 mins at 350° Can be made into cup cakes. Good.
