Date unknown for this recipe which was written on a lined index card. Recipe reads as “cramberry” but I believe it’s “cranberry”, made the correction in the recipe below. Scanned copy for archives (front only).
Cranberry Bread
Mix Tog.:
2 C flour
1 C sugar
1/2 Tsp. soda
1/2 Tsp. salt
1 1/2 Baking Powder
Add
1 beaten egg
1/2 C orange juice
2 T butter
2 T hot water
Add
1/2 C nuts
1 1/2 C raw cranberries halved
Grease pan–
Cook 1 hour 10 min 350°
Take from pan while still warm
