Chicken Casserole
3 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup Mayo
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. diced onion
- Blend all ingred. together. Refrig overnight.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 50 min.
- Remove from oven & top with mixture of 1/2 c. corn flakes, 1/2 c. almonds and 2 T. melted oleo. Continue baking for 10 min.
