Charlie’s Potato Salad
2 lb potatoes (cooked & diced) 5 to 6 med potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green onions
small amt. chopped pimento
green pepper chopped
2 hard cooked eggs
Dressing
1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
1 c. Hellmann’s Blended Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp mustard
