Broccoli and Rice Casserole
2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, drained
Mix:
2 T. butter
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cheese spread
Pour over broccoli & stir. Bake 350° – 35 min.
