This recipe was written on a lined index card and found in a large collection. It’s the same recipe as the blueberry sauce recipe [1] that was just posted on RecipeCurio but with instructions for serving over scoops of icecream. Recipe is typed below as-is along with a scanned copy.
Blueberry Snow Ball
In saucepan:
1 pt. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsps. corn starch
Dash of salt
1/2 c. water
Boil for 4 minutes and remove from heat. 1 Tbsp. lemon juice & 1 tsp. grated lemon rind.
Serve over 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream.
