Basil Chicken
Brown chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb chicken) in 1/2 c. flour, salt & pepper.
Medium White Sauce (cook to boiling & then pour over chicken)
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp basil
Cover with foil
350° for 35-45 min.
