APRICOT COCONUT BALLS
1 1/2 cups dried apricots, ground
2 cups shredded coconut
2/3 cup (1/2 15 oz. can) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
Icing Sugar
- Combine apricots and coconut. Add Eagle Brand and blend well.
- Shape into small balls and roll in icing sugar, if desired.
- Let stand until firm. Makes 32 – 1 1/4″ confections.
