I am looking for a chicken in heavy cream casserole recipe I remember for a Joy of Cooking book from an old edition, possibly before 1970. If I remember correctly, the recipe also had wine, maybe mushrooms, and nutmmeg flavoring. I wonder if you have such a recipe in your collection.
