This promo recipe from Hershey’s was clipped from a magazine and found in a large collection, date unknown. I’ve typed it below along with a scanned copy.
Fudge Walnut Brownie Pie
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup HERSHEY’S Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup chopped California Walnuts
- Heat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate.
- Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in sugar, butter and vanilla.
- Stir together flour, cocoa and salt; stir into butter mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips and California Walnuts. Pour into prepared pie plate.
- Bake 30 minutes or until set.
- Cool. Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with whipped cream or serve with ice cream if desired. 6 to 8 servings.
